I usually look forward to seeing my T every week, as it's a chance to get things off my chest that has been bottling up the past week. Today I just want to skip out, not come back, just disappear.

I'm afraid of telling him what I've done the past week. Afraid he's going to drop me as a pt, or refuse to see me for some time. Afraid that he's going to call 911 on me right there in the office.

I'm seriously freaking out about this session today, and I don't know what to do. My crisis T is supposed to call me today and check up on me (and she works with my T) and I hope she calls me before my appt.

Maybe you could call your crisis T (instead of waiting for that call)?
Thanks for this!

These are the times when you really NEED to go. Your T should be there to support you and help you make the decisions about what you need to do to stay safe.
Thanks for this!

You do need to make it to the appointment. When things are bottled up they don't get better until you get them out. Trust you T, he's there to help you.

Thanks, she did end up calling me and I told her what was going on this week and the things I've done. She scheduled me to meet with her tomorrow morning after my pre op if I can get there in time, so hopefully that means that they're not going to be rushing me to the psych ward tonight. But seriously, I'm glad I'm seeing her tomorrow and it made me feel better for seeing my T today.

Just wanted to update on my session with T today. It actually went a lot better than I expected. I told him exactly what I did this week, showed him a spot where I cut on my wrist, and he knows that my self harming has gotten worse this week, but since I'm seeing my crisis T tomorrow, he was okay with letting me go.
