I guess rushing you into employment IS her job...

Wow Granite I say go for it. Not everyone gets asked by a shop to sell their wares. It shows the standard of your work.

I first saw this movie as a college sophomore with a suite mate whose dad was a Bird Colonel with the Special Forces in Vietnam. His dad preferred "The Green Berets" with John Wayne.

You know Tom Laughlin just passed away. Billy Jack was my favorite movie from my teenage years.

I am surprised too.. It didn't really well between the two of you, did it?? Maybe he realizes he can help you?

Why can't we shoot free throws? They're free, right?

Well...the exam isn't as "bad" as it looked.

The teacher is an idiot and numbered it wrong. It skips from number 100 to 201, so I guess it is actually only 150 questions long. Either that or I am missing most of the test in my copy.

There are also random (stupid) questions thrown in here and there. One asks for their teaceher's name. Another ask for their science classroom number. Two others ask about Santa's reindeer. Things like that. Things the kids "should" know, but still if they are exchange students, they may not know the Santa ones, so not really fair questions.

We don't have many exchange students here because of the costs so exchange students mainly board with the more well-to-do families which I think is sad as they don't eally see the "average" Australian family.

About 10 in the whole school. so not that many, but we have about 75 immigrants who have been in the country less than a year and are still learning English, so they may not know the Santa story either (or have different names for the reindeer where they come from).

Well, it's been a long an frustrating day for me. I woke up on a bad foot, and the day only got worse. I am off to relax before bed. I'll hop on tomorrow before I head to work for another fun day of being locked in a small room.

I hope everyone has a good day/afternoon/night (whatever works for you).

Thats kind of hostile of her, isnt it? It sounds like something my first ex-h would have said. You are not a science project. What, cuz he's a guy and you are ladies? Honestly i wish there had been gay marriage allowed in the olden days - my parents would never have met and i wouldnt be so screwed up it just sounds like a backhanded control move to me. "To control you, im going to tell you that someone else is trying to control you." Really? Pass me the cupcakes, i'd rather stay fat and lonely. I cant deal! I hope im overreacting.

I'm a bit behind on the couch....

((( Lola ))) - I hope the session goes well with XT.

((( Mast ))) - Hopping in your pocket!

Hankster, your comment reminds me of something that happened the other night at my daughter's chorus concert. My XH always felt threatened by my T....said that he was brainwashing me and ruining our marriage. My XH and I were talking while waiting for the show to start the other night, and for some reason, he brought up something that happened 15 years ago - and then said, "I bet T doesn't know THAT!"....Really, XH? FIVE years later, you're STILL mentioning T? Gah.

Just got the text from my cousin that her flight landed...gotta go run to the airport to pick her up. How on earth did I get the job of being everyone's plane escort? I'm taking my sister's family to the airport on Saturday...and then picking them up from the airport when they get back a week later.

Later, peeps!
