I finally have good news!! My t is going to be HOME in a few months!!! She doesnt know how long she can stay-- its just for a big family event theyre having here-but at least she will BE here. In person. With me. I just happened to give her a ring this morning, and she had the good news to share with me when i asked her how her christmas went. And she said she will spend as much time with me as she can, we are planning to hang out at my house and she can come to see where i work, and we can go out to eat, i am going to make her some of her favorite homem ade foods she hasnt been able to have in forever (shes been gone for over two years),& she said we should plan something really fun that we havent ever done before

So for right now i am really trying to focus on a couple of things: not worrying about "what if the event gets cancelled and she doesnt get to come after all, because she is already looking at plane tickets and two, not worrying about how hard it will be when she has to leave again because i just want to look forward to her being home and enjoy the time we have together while she is here.
And hopefully she just wont go back, maybe something will happen that she will just stay home!!!

I know how you feel about not wanting to get too excited about something as important as that for fear that things might not work out as it sounds like they will.....but when we worry ourselves like that....we really destroy the joy of the anticipation we deserve to have..........enjoy looking forward to this with realistic optimism.......& it will go very well.

It's nice to hear the good news & thanks for sharing.

Yes i am definitely afraid of getting my hopes up. But lets just hope for the best. Its nice to hear my t happy and excited. She really wants to come home. It will be so good to spend time with her again, and have her over my house again, and go see where i work (i am a school director). And it was great to get good news today.

That is so wonderful. If there's anything to get your hopes up about it would be this. I'm so excited for you.

Thank you! I am tryng not to think about it because i am kind of afraid to, one, it seems too good to be true, and two, i have been let down and brokenhearted so many times before that i can be so....i dont know. Jaded, i guess. Afraid to hope.
I am afraid to believe it until she is standing right in front of me i guess
