Hello, I am currently going through EMDR for PTSD for childhood sexual abuse and we have hit a block and trying to get through it. I'm trying to figure out how to get all of my "parts" to be in agreement as my trauma therapist thinks that there is still something that my 3rd grade self is not happy about letting this go. I'm very frustrated... I would like to chat with someone who has been through this....

Hi unicorn

I haven't been in EMDR therapy but I'm sure others here have. I just wanted to say thank you for your post and that sometimes the forum/site can be slower at the holidays. I hope you will get a response here that will be helpful to you.
