Black shadowy looking figures, like objects.

Do you have a pdoc? Might need to let him know this. Probably not a big deal, but may be worth getting checked out.

Yes I guess it could be the stress im under, I see pdoc this thursday, been ib bed most of the week, not sleeping, just reading, or doing little things around the house. I have no motivation, just rather be alone, and not talk.

Generally, a real hallucination is usually pretty vivid and seems very real. Many people get that sensation that they are seeing something out the corner of their eye; that isn't particularly unusual, and being really anxious may just have you figuring the worst about that sensation.

I was having that same sensation of seeing things out of the corners of my eyes just a couple of nights ago. Kept thinking I was seeing maybe a bug crawling nearby, but I knew I had been without sleep for several days and that probably it was just the exhaustion from not sleeping. On the other hand, when I truly hallucinate I hear very distinct voices that actually speak or I see a person right in the same room. I was clearly in a psychosis at that time. Does the difference make sense?

You are stressed and depressed, and while hallucinations can happen under those circumstances, it is pretty unusual, and hallucinations are experienced as much more real.

I have been in pychosis before, what iim seeing is at the corner of my eye. My pdoc wont increase my ad due to mania, I tend to be mire manic then depressed,I was at my baseline for a while, I was last manic about 8 months ago, my pdoc had me at 30 mg of abilfy. Have not been depressed in well over a year, im on topomax for 4 months now at 250 mg zoloft at 100 monitored, and abilify 10, recently I was taken off lithium.

Pdoc wont increase ad like I said, but I guess I should stop denying that im depressed.

Yeah, the depression is pretty clear and that the hallucinations are pretty vague at this point. Hope your pdoc can help you with the depression and ward of any progression of the things you are seeing. I know it all sucks right now. Hang in there.
