So, I missed my appointment with T yesterday because I couldn't get out of my subdivision. She told me she would keep me posted but that for right now she isn't scheduling for next week. The doctor told her if she didn't have the baby this week, that they were going to take the baby next week but she didn't know when yet.

I have mixed feelings about it all. I mean, yes I'm excited for her to have her baby. At the same time, nervous because I won't have that accountability for 4 or so weeks from when she has the baby.

Granted, I should be ok if I just keep doing all the work I'm doing at home on DBT. I mean that's what seems to be working for me right now. I don't know...just kinda flustered with it being sooooo close. Well, guess it's a good time to really use the skills I have been practicing. Wish me luck!

I wish you luck, I know how you feel with the uncertainties, trust me I know, but your t will come back and be there for you, and im happy about that.

It would be nice if "real world" stuff didn't keep interfering with our therapy!

Good luck!

I know it sucks, but it really will be a great test for you to see how you can fare on your own! I'm sure you'll be able to keep practicing those DBT skills!
