Skittles, would it help if you write about it? If you can't find a T, I don't think is healthy for you to keep building those things up.
Hang in there~

I have found community crisis centers, community hot lines and nation wide hot lines such as suicide hot line, rape crisis, domestic violence, planned parenthood, catholic charities and so on (each community has their own types and names for their hotlines) to be very helpful when I had long stretches between sessions and or therapists. also when ever I am in therapy the agency where I recieve my therapy be it county mental health, private therapists, psychologists, psychiatrists and various mental health agencies and or community agencies in the community have someone covering phone calls 24/7 and I did not have to be a client of that agency in order to call in to that number when I am having a problem. Be it that I just needed to hear someone elses voice or to vent or to find other options that will help me they have all been helpfull.

You can find these agencies by looking in your phone book under topics such as - mental health, psychiatrists, psychologists, mental hygeine association, planned parenthood, domestic violence, crisis intervention, Rape Crisis centers, sexual assault, Alcoholics Anonomous, Narcotics Anonomous, Catholic Charities, Salvation Army, St Vincent Du Paul, Counseling, Mariage and Family therapists, Community Services, Department of Human Services, Physicians and Doctors by specialty and many more for each of these topics in the phone book will also include the statement "see also -------"

Hang in there.
