last thread I posted it had been 3 weeks. But then, I had to cancel last monday due to a family obligation, and this monday she's off..MLK day...so it will be 5 weeks missed and I feel great. So two questions:

1. Does this mean I can stop? (I know its a general question...just looking for thoughts)

and

2. I'm taking a job traveling. I haven't told T yet..are telephone appts affective?

Appreciate the feedback

looks like its worth discussing with your T. Did you accomplish what you came into therapy for in the first place?
Thanks for this!

I initially went in due to severe depression. Since I've been in, I've learned a lot and am able to cope pretty well (although of course, not perfectly) I think I could still benefit from therapy, but I also think I'd be ok without it. I'm surprised how well I've done this past month.

Guess I have to answer the question "do I just want to be ok?"

I feel the same way at times. I came in such a wreck I feel like maybe I shouldn't go anymore since I'm not severely depressed anymore. But therapy isn't just for basket cases. I like having someone who I can depend on while I figure myself out.
Thanks for this!
