Hokus pokus or for real?

So on my quest to come out of an emotional flashback alive my therapist suggested, along with other things, resource tapping and sent me these links.

Has anyone tried them and, seriously, did or do they work for you?

Seems so ridiculous to me.

Not sure what resource tapping is. Those links brought up a sign in request to see them.

It's just another way to do EMDR: http://stpresskit.files.wordpress.co...ce-tapping.pdf as not everyone can do that. I would give it a try if your therapist is suggesting it, see what you think for yourself and if it works for you?
