I made it to therapy today after a 3 month hiatus. I was so nervous about going back after my failed su attempt.

Things went really well. T seemed really glad to see me, which was nice. Today we just caught up on how I have been doing since last seeing him. It was kind of nice to see him again.
I'm now back on my schedule of once a week for the foreseeable future.
