He's a bit better then Ninaan, my last one--still don't like this new one. He goes to me, "There's nothing we can give you to help you sleep, there's no medicine for that, you just have to want to sleep." OH EXCUSE ME for having insomnia, yes it must be my fault. ****tard. I can't keep switching pdocs so I'm stuck with this one thanks to my insurance. I was so hoping for a woman. Anyone else have an idiot pdoc?

The only good thing he did was up my dosage of prozac to 40

On another note though! I hate new people, makes me have anxiety attacks, so K, the staff member I was having issues with before, came with me to help with my anxiety and I will love her forever. We actually talked really personally on the 40 minute drive to and back, and she goes to me as we are nearing the exit, "Come here I want to show you something I don't show everyone I take here." She led me to something that was very personal, and private to her and explained what it meant and the history behind it and her family members that was a part of it. It's personal to her so I will only say that much. But I'm grateful we finally somewhat bonded so to speak
Thanks for this!

Do you take the Prozac in the morning? I think it can cause sleep problems if taken at night. I take mine first thing in the morning. I don't understand why he could give you some to help you sleep. Sorry it didn't go too well.

I was lucky. I just changed insurance but got to keep my same pdoc. I was glad of that.

I have a terrible Pdoc. Have you tried melatonin for sleep? That's what ended up fixing my life-long sleeping issues. And you can get it at the grocery store in the supplements section.

You could try melatonin. I have friends/family that swear by it. I also had an ex-relative that used it to get off sleeping pills.
Thanks for this!

Melatonin does help me some, but my P-Doc also gives me Ambien (the generic version) and that helps TONS though you do have to be careful with it.

Ironically telling somebody you have to "want to sleep" is kind of like telling somebody not to think about their big toe. See! Made you think!

World of difference when somebody is willing to open themselves up like that.
