Hey, so I found this new (free) app called iChill that I think was designed for vets with PTSD but can be useful for anyone who struggles with PTSD or other forms of anxiety. It kind of walks you through the steps of grounding yourself when you're having a hard time. It's almost like having your T in your pocket with you. In fact, there's even a place where you can record thoughts, images or voice memos that you find to be calming so if your T is game, s/he could even record something for you to listen to if you would find that helpful. There's also a "help now!" feature that gives you some quick strategies if you're dissociating or having a panic attack or otherwise need to be brought to the present. I'm kind of digging it and it doesn't cost anything so see what you think!
Thanks for this!

There's also one called PTSD Coach that's really good for anxiety, depression, and obviously PTSD.
