I forgot to pt this in the update I think, but is an art therapist as well, and I have been bringing her some drawings, on stuff that is hard for me to verbalize.

She saw a couple of them and said they are full of deep emotions, and must be processedand verbalized when I feel comfortable. P
She encourages me to keep drawing. What do you think of art therapy?

I have personally have never done art therapy. However, it is something my T has training in and is willing to work with me on it...I have NO artistic ability. My daughter is a senior in high school she wants to be a LCSW who specialized in music therapy
