I made it through the first week, but this second week is...ugh. I did something I am ashamed of...I did not physically hurt myself (though I am fighting some SH feelings),
I am angry at myself, I am depressed...how am I going to get through until I can see T again? Please help.

I would you like to talk about what it is that you are afraid of? You don't have to but it might help to get it out if your system?
Sorry things are ao hard right now. Do you have any friends or family to support you right now? |

I continue to be (mostly) afraid of T not coming back, due to illness or plane crash.

I definitely relate. Very hard with t gone. Keep yourself busy. Take lots of naps if you need to, or read a lot. In the 2years my t has been gone, i have developed a lot of new hobbies and slept a LOT!!! It has helped, although i have been up and down a wide range of emotions too just like you are. You will get through it.... I am really sorry its so hard... I hope the last week goes by really fast.
