I will be at least temporally cutting back on my therapy to every other week starting late next month.

This is sort of freaking me out, but I have been seeing my therapist for over 9 years I guess it's time for me to start trying to handle things on my own.

Just venting a bit I guess.

It's a challenge, but I hope you will be equal to it!

Good luck. T's are like chiropractors, when you go all the time things are great, when you can't go as often you would like you surprise yourself. It is amazing what you can do and the assistance you really don't need so much anymore. Not to say ever, but just not near as often as ya once did.

Good luck, Mike I sometimes liken my T to stabilizers on a bike (I think the Americans call them training wheels). We only know what we are capable of once the training wheels come off.

Sounds like you are doing it slowly, that's great
