If I think about it...ugh.
I honestly don't know if I've withdrawn from my therapist, or not. I think possibly yes  because:1. Even though she said I'm not on this contact ban (since our last session on Sunday) because I'm 'too much', I am suddenly really embarrassed at how I was in touch with her every day until Sunday. Wtf. I was so needy! And obviously, it was never really a real need to contact her, cause look at me now - no contact, and I have lived to tell the tale  2. I still can't get my head round her saying 'Don't contact me, but I am here' - are they not opposing states to be in? I had a grim, tough night last night, thinking about my mother and how we've fallen out irreparably, and my adoptive mother, who is dead and I miss so much I can't breathe. I just felt exquisitely alone. Because, well, I am. How is my T 'there' when she isn't?! I reeeeally don't understand.

awesome on making it with no contact . is she trying to get to hold on to her inside and to be able to self soothe.
