No particular reason for this thread other than that I wanted to put something positive out there - I think I'm a bit negativistic in my posts, sometimes

T told me today that he recently watched a film, which I'd told him about a month or so ago, and which had made a very deep impression on me. The movie, a German-Turkish production called Gegen die Wand (its English title is Head-On), is ten years old, which means that he must have made some kind of effort to find it. He'd never heard of it before I mentioned it, and might very probably never have seen it it if hadn't been for me. He thought it very good and very moving, and we discussed it a little.

It's a small thing, but since it matters to me that my T doesn't completely forget that I exist, between sessions, this meant a lot to me. I don't think I've had actual hard evidence before that he does think about me between sessions (except for when I txt him, which I don't do very often).

Mast...

Not only does he think of you between sessions but he respects your opinion enough to watch a movie you recommended in his free time.

Great idea for a thread and kudos to your t, and I agree that he respects your opinion and cares enough to find an older film
