I haven't had the courage to read it yet. It's very thin. It's a snailmail, so there is no hurry. I'm feeling overwhelmed about work. W has offered to read it. Er... no thanks.

I've already reached that conclusion but I don't want to see it in print.

Ah. Well, it could be just a non-committal sort of response thanking you for sharing your work and wishing you well in continued progress. I wouldn't have expected any sort of more in-depth response to it because that would cross the line into therapy.

I tend to think it will say something neutrally positive, that will, however, feel like a disappointment.

I know that anxiety about unopened mail from T's - I've felt the same towards an email from my T.
I found that the thoughts I was conjuring up in my mind about what she may have written, were actually worse than the content of the ACTUAL email.

Plausible on both counts.

The most positive thing she could say is, yes, she wants to see the other two pictures.
