I have to avoid it actually. Journaling as well. If I start writing what's on my mind it will build and build and build, until I'm practically pounding my fists on the paper and throwing things. I hate what goes on inside my head, turmoil is a mild way of putting it. I would rather just be medicated to the point of barely being conscious and call it good.
