How do you tell your T that you feel like they are guiding you to a cliff and then pushing you off too soon, before explaining or equipping you with the necessary tools to safely manage the fall?

What would happen if you just told your T what you put here?
Prefacing it with something like I'm worried or I'm concerned that ... you are guiding me to a cliff etc |

Mainly I am scared that I would upset or hurt my T's feelings and I don't want that. I really enjoy going to my sessions, it is just sometimes I feel like my T thinks I am more capable then what I really am and I don't want to let T down. |

if you could add all of that in with what you tell your T ... seems like it would be really helpful to both of you; I'm not reading what you wrote as being connected with wanting to hurt your T's feelings at all, and hope your T wouldn't take it that way either
