I normally struggle a fair bit between sessions with my T. The last fortnight between sessions wasn't so bad, and I didn't need to make contact. This week, I'm struggling. I just want to connect with her, but I feel as though I have no decent reason to make this connection by email. So, I'm just going to have to wait it out for another 9 days I suppose..

I donno, I just want to complain about nothing, to someone who wants to listen. Non judgmental, and it doesn't matter what you say. It just feels somewhat unsatisfying going to therapy. Like, it feels like I'm on edge, like, maybe something will happen if I can just connect a little more.....?

Non of this makes sense, but the need for typing was achieved.

Makes perfect sense to me. It is a big reason why I end up emailing my T.

I have sent emails or texts just to touch base. MyT is fine with that. Could you try it?
Thanks for this!

My T told me that I can always send an email "Are you there?" whenever I need to. Would something like that work for you?

Piglet sidled up to Pooh from behind.
"Pooh!" he whispered.
"Yes, Piglet?"
"Nothing," said Piglet, taking Pooh's paw. "I just wanted to be sure of you.
Thanks for this!
