After a month of organizing my life and decompressing at the outlaws, I will be starting my "Intensive Outpatient Therapy" program tomorrow. I'm excited for the opportunity to address my garbage and learn new tools, but I'm also scared to death about opening up to a bunch of strangers. Wish me luck
