I'm glad you are feeling so good- but don't do anything rash. Based on your posting history it seems like this mood is a bit sudden, maybe hypomanic?

You sound manic. Do you have a pdoc you can call? This isn't a good thing, even though it feels good. There's a crash that always comes and you will regret some of the things you've done.

Are you sure you're not bipolar? If not, what causes this jump and then crash in mood?

Might I suggest: Am I Manic? Quiz - Psych Central

This might help you decide if you are indeed manic.

Yeah depending on how I look at the scoring I either did really bad at 85 or really good cuz that's a solid B. It doesn't matter anymore though. My partner wants me to leave if I stop trying to get better and fix myself. She says if I give up I have to leave. Which means I have no one and nothing and I lose everything that ever matter to me again.

I'm sorry, I feel so crappy and bad about myself today. I feel even worse because I've in essence invited all of u into my hell. Again I am so sorry.

It sounds like hypomania/mania to me as well. Are you on any medications? Antidepressants can trigger rapid cycling. It does sound like this feeling is quite unexpected.

It's an amazing feeling, for sure. But the impulsivity and the inevitable crash, not so much so.

Don't apologize to us! We understand.

Also, the mania quiz says 54 & up might be severe mania. 85 is way above that; in fact, the highest possible score is 90. Like other posters, I suggest you show this thread to your therapist, as well as the mania quiz and your result.

Hoping for the best.

I'm so sorry that you're sad again It could really be for a disorder if you often change mood without a reason, but it could also not be...it can happen to feel sad or happy without a particular reason. It depends if you happen it very often. I too think that it's better if you talk about it with your therapist, he can help you clarify.
You'll be happy again

I'm on nothing. I am so down today. I just want yesterday back. I want that. I go without everything in life and all I ask is to have the feeling back.
It doesn't matter what I score on any test, it's all an illusion. The whole world is an illusion.

See the illusion takes hold and shows u flowers and animals and sunrise and all the other things we see as being beautiful. But I see through that illusion. There is no beauty only horror and death. There is no mercy or humanity in the real world.

I think that there are also beautiful things...if you don't feel it now it's only because of your mood. I can understand that you want your yesterday mood back, but it's even better to have an happiness that it's not 'pathological'. With the help of your T you can surely reach it. If you were happy yesterday, and nothing particular happened, you can also be happy again and notice the beautiful things. I wish it for you as soon as possible.

You need to tell your T, as soon as possible, about what is going on.
