My T says to try to stay in the chaotic place bc it's where I can cry and let everything out, but I'd rather be in the numb place bc it lets me breathe...

I can't function when all I can do is to sit and cry for hours.

It's not much fun. My T told me to cry my tears, do my grieving, get it all out, and then I can start to recover.
