I've never bought food into my session with my T, although my T has offered me some tea before when it was cold in his office. I do, however, bring food into my IOP group because it's 4 hours long right in the morning.

That is exactly what we did when I was in Group Therapy when I was young (we called it Collage), although we did it at the end of sessions (which were 90 minutes long and consisted of sharing news, doing an activity, and having a snack at the end).
