My t is a Leo! I think its a very good sign for a t. If you believe in that kind of thing of course.
Thanks for this!

I wouldn't even be able to tell which month is Leo.

My T generally answers any questions I may have, but I also don't ask too many or too personal ones. I know some things about her, but not anyhting major unless it is helpful to the therapeutic relationship. I've had other T's that told me way too much, and some that told me next to nothing. I don't like knowing too much about my T. I have had that in the past and it made things awkward. Things with this T are a bit awkward also, but for other reasons that stem mostly from my own insecurities.

I probably know too much for most. Over the years she has told me A LOT. Sometimes it comes up as part of our conversations other times something comes up and in my life and she will say something about she understands because of something similar in her life happened (ie. when discussing my mom dying so young she mentioned she understood as her dad died at bout the same age my mom was). There have been times I have asked her personal questions and told her if she didn't want to answer I completely understood...she has always answered though. There is only one thing I wonder about based upon conversations over the years that I will never ask as I suspect it is something very painful for her.

I know quite a lot about my T and especially about her horses as that's what we chit chat about when scheduling appointments. I think she would answer almost any question I have, but I don't have any need to do so.
She also told me that she used to dissociate a lot as a teen, and suffers from ADD (which sometimes is a minor problem during sessions). The worst for me was the one time she told me about being on her period, and how beginning menopause affected it. I was mortified, thinking that was definitely tmi... especially with my csa issues that makes me very uncomfortable talking about such things. I actually wonder if she was testing waters when saying that....
