Yesterday evening T sent me an email in response to an email I sent three weeks about scheduling the last T weeks appointments but in on of the dates I had actually put 6/22 but also stated next thursday (6/22). So yesterday's email said that she was confused by the dates as they look like the end of june but she gave me a list of available times for sessions over the next 2 weeks. She asked which times would be best for me. While I was in the process of responding but before I hit send she sent another email that said whoops I have you a X time this week I hadn't seen the second email before I responded with a time for this week (the time she already had me scheduled for). I also told her that for the following week I had to check with work as my schedule may change. She then confirmed that she would see me then and we could figure out the follwing later. Which is all cool....except that this morning I received another email asking if she had sent me an email with her available time slots because she thought she had... I am a little concerned about her. She never gets confused like this. She is always right on top of her schedules. I told her yes and what we were scheduled...what I really want to do is ask her if she is okay but how would I do that nicely?

She might have just had a lot going on or her email was messing up and she couldn't tell if the messages sent. My t forgot to put me in his calendar when he had a crazy week so maybe she was just double checking.

It's just possible she was distracted or had several clients with scheduling difficulties all at once.

Ts are human too. She could have been having a stressful day and getting confused a bit. It happens.

The reason I was concerned is she has been sick quite a bit lately (stomach bugs, cold etc). Add that to her age an I have been concerned. On Thursday she contacted me about cancelling my appt for that day because while she was feeling fine she had been coughing and afraid of giving me her cough. I responded to her email but she never responded back which was totally out of character as well. I heard back from her this morning. Apparently the cold ended up really hitting her hard. So she took medication which made her really loopy. Before the last year or so she had NEVER been sick so her body is not use to all the medications.
