I'm not convinced it wouldn't have helped, though. It all depends on whether the therapist was present and emotionally responsive. Sometimes things go deeper than language.

Sounds like a nightclub comic's joke from the 1950 or 60's. Like Jackie whatsisname with the small face, that got banned from the Ed Sullivan show.
