Saw my PDoc today. Went in with a concise list of what I wanted to talk about. Was very helpful and productive to have a list. Plus, I'm making the lists in my IPad so I can review what I've talked about before because my brain fog limits my memory.

After all he is reviewing his prior notes why shouldn't I? I felt like I was in control of myself and not floating in a puddle pool of emotional turmoil.

My meds are going to stay the same for now even though we are concerned my depression is deepening. Probably due to grief and possibly due to anti depression med loosing it's effectiveness.

PDoc was great said to call if I worsened. I've only seen him twice, he is new to me, I'm still getting to know him. If my depression med does flunk out I need rapid med change as I tend to slide down very rapidly. Hoping that does not happen.

Good idea to bring notes. I use my iPad, too.

Glad you are both keeping track of your depression.

My depression slipped too about 2 months ago. My Pdoc quickly switched my meds. For awhile, I was actually on 2 anti-depressants (double titration I think it's called? or cross?). She was too afraid of what would happen if I wasn't on anything. She also increased my dosage extremely fast. It was supposed to increase every month...instead she increased it every week to max dose. It really saved me. Now I'm stable
