I'm seeing t tomorrow after a week off and I'm nervous. I don't know why, but I'm really feeling sick about seeing her.
Does anyone have any suggestions? Should I cancel?

Hello, Tongalee. Please do not cancel. Right off, tell your therapist what you just told us. She is trained to help you deal with your nervousness.

I wish you well.
Thanks for this!

Go to the apt and just say you feel nervous. Cancelling for a psychological reason wouldn't make any sense, that's the whole point of the therapist.
