I know it's been mentioned about shorts in therapy, which I never wear anyway.

Anyway, I got BURNED bad yesterday & today on my shoulders/upper back/chest, and I have a therapy session this evening. The only thing that I can think of wearing that won't be uncomfortable is my strapless tube top shirt. Do you think that's too much (or too little)?

I do often wear cami tank tops, so I guess it's probably not that big of a difference. I just need to be comfortable, and I'm sure she''ll understand once she sees how badly I'm sunburned.

You're the client not the professional here. You can wear whatever you want.
Thanks for this!

I think it had to be you to answer this one. And I agree.
Thanks for this!

Thanks!
I'm just self conscious. I worry about how I look anywhere I go.

If you're burnt, you can't wear what hurts. But you could wear a very light loose unbuttoned shirt over if you feel self conscious
