I know it's been mentioned about shorts in therapy, which I never wear anyway.
Anyway, I got BURNED bad yesterday & today on my shoulders/upper back/chest, and I have a therapy session this evening. The only thing that I can think of wearing that won't be uncomfortable is my strapless tube top shirt. Do you think that's too much (or too little)? I do often wear cami tank tops, so I guess it's probably not that big of a difference. I just need to be comfortable, and I'm sure she''ll understand once she sees how badly I'm sunburned. |

You're the client not the professional here. You can wear whatever you want.

Thanks!
I'm just self conscious. I worry about how I look anywhere I go. |

If you're burnt, you can't wear what hurts. But you could wear a very light loose unbuttoned shirt over if you feel self conscious
