After my session today I have basically decided to take a break from Therapy. I mentioned it to my "new Therapist" and she agreed but I do have to see her again at the end of next month for my regular evaluation. I will also continue to see the Psychiatrist there. I believe that things are good enough with my friend and family members that weekly Therapy is not needed at this time.

I'm glad to hear things are going well for you! The evaluation next month kind of sounds like a nice checkpoint... I wonder, if I'm ever ready to stop T... I might try scheduling something like that just as a way to check in and see how things are going.

Good luck!
Thanks for this!
