So, I saw my t tonite. We discussed my Monday appointment with the NP I now see for my meds. My NP said she thought I was possibly Bipolar 2. So, that was the main thing T and I discussed tonight. She seemed to think it possible. At the very least some form of depression. So, obviously early to make final judgment but T thinks she is on the right track. That leaves me with some relief that they are thinking along the same lines. Just taking it all in right now.

The good news: DBT has given me the skills to manage not only the Borderline trait but I can also use them to better manage Bipolar if that's what I have.

Melissad81, you sound upbeat about seeing your t. If you are wanting more feedback on how your responses correlate with other people in the group of bipolar or depression, PC does have some private quizzes you can take for your own personal interest to get a sense of your tendencies.
