Hey all,

I'm really nervous about delving into the traumatic aspects of the last few years with the extreme darkness, black for all intents and purposes, of my depression. I have T on Friday and unless she didn't have time to do some research she wanted to do, I believe we'll be starting then. I am so very nervous. I'm starting to wanna bail on therapy. I WONT because the only way out of this mess is through. So, time to suck it up and move forward! Ugh!!

Thanks for this!
