I dunno. Not sure of the purpose of this post. All over the place tonight. Don't see t till Saturday, but not sure I even want to talk to her. Last session left me feeling like she was mad at me. Totally felt invalidated, and now I feel like going to tell her things are all over the place will make her more mad. Felt blamed by her for not seeing that I have more control over all of this than I feel I do... pretty sure the blame it's likely in my head, but don't even feel like going back to talk about it. Don't want to know I might be right. My head is in a total fog tonight. Saturday is far away. I want it to be now, but I also want to avoid it completely. I dunno. Sorry. This is all stupid.

I've had bad sessions like that. I'm not sure how much is me or how much is my T having a bad day. Rationally though, it's not super likely a therapist would be mad at us since what we do doesn't really affect them, but I get what you mean. Just remember when you feel like crap it's easy to figure everyone dislikes you. If you're mad at yourself it's easy to assume other people are mad at you. Go easy on yourself ok .

That sounds really rough. I hope your T can help you get some clarity out of the fog.

Just want you to know I relate so much to what you have posted.
I hope you can get through this with your T - it might provide a "breakthrough"? Good luck.
Thanks for this!
