I just wanted to thank all of you for reading/responding/advising to my posts over the past few months. Consistent therapy has been a new experience for me. I REALLY could not have handled all of my various emotions without your support. I recognize now that I should have told my T. a lot more to get her support as well. And, some things I told her BECAUSE you encouraged me.
I'm not close to being done with processing my mom's death, but this group has been a huge part of me getting to a better place (at least today, LOL). So, a big thank you for responding, sending messages and, most importantly, listening.
