I have Depression and Anxiety I go to a counselor once a month. I used to see this same couserlor at the High School I attended. Now when I have an appointment I am told to only talk about the High School I used to attend. I also get blamed for saying things that I do not say and taking things I do not take.

when I go to my appointment I am told by a family member to only talk about the High school that I went to. This person also will say that I have talked to people that I have not talked to. She does not want me to talk to andoby when I go to my appointment she does not want me to only talk about the high school. She also says things and then will say that she did not same them or she will say you are putting words in my mouth.

Your T isn't allowed to share anything about your therapy with anyone else. Talk about whatever you want. No one else will ever know. The only exception to that is suicidal thinking.

Sounds like this family member is afraid of being embarrassed by what you reveal. I think you should tell your therapist about this relative and their instructions. I know its scary but therapy is a safe place where someone can guide you through your troubles. No matter who or what the cause, you won't be alone.
