I only see him periodically when I need a "check up" or I'm having a particular issue. Right now it's about every 6-8 weeks. Although I was having a rough time at my last appt so he told me I should schedule an appt sooner rather than later. I just email him when I want an appt and usually get in within 1-2 days.

My therapist randomly asked me this week if I wanted to start coming twice a week! Like with zero prompting from me. I'm impressed. This is such a huge weight off my shoulders. I hope my T doesn't get sick of me now though.

She normally sees people once a week. I had to push her for twice a week and she finally got it. I think she realized that I was experiencing anxiety because we couldn't cover enough ground in one session per week.

So starting next week it will probably be three times every two weeks due to scheduling conflicts. But that will do.
