Made a big disclosure to my T via e-mail this weekend. He responded briefly, but supportive. I go back tomorrow and am freaking out about facing him. :/

I admire your bravery. I think you made a wise choice to pick your T to disclose to, though I know it's nervewracking, scary to be so revealed. Maybe spend some time imagining the best possible session tomorrow to counteract your impulse to fear.

I agree with Leah. It was so brave of you to disclose. I also know how scary it is. Maybe it will go better than you think. Good luck to you.

That first appointment after a big disclosure is horrifying to contemplate. From my experience, it went well. If your T was supportive by email, it is very likely he will be even more supportive in person. Good luck!

I am kind of shell shocked. I was shown a great deal of compassion and caring. I don't know what I did to deserve it.
