T said - "he was a bad man"

I found that odd. Even made me feel uncomfortable. But than I suppose at the time I was in a ptsd state and perhaps she was trying to communicate with that part. ..... But, it's ringing in my ears.... Maybe thst was the intention?...

I would explore why it made you feel uncomfortable.

The description of "he's a bad man" is one that I would use with a small child to describe someone who is unscrupulous, evil, criminal, perverted etc. I'm guessing that if you were in a PTSD state, you might have been presenting as much younger than you actually are in real life. . . in other words, coming from a very young place behaviorally and emotionally. If that was the case, I'd say that your therapist was talking through to that younger part of you in language she understands.
