Aaaahhhhhhhh! I feel overwhelmed at the amount of things to talk about. When I get there, one of two things will happen:

1. I'll sit there with my arms crossed and not be able to say anything.

2. I'll be able to talk openly, and the session will unfold naturally.

Hmmm, I'm hoping for #2. I hope everyone else who has Tuesday T sessions had a good session today!

Leaving for T in fifteen minutes.... Leaving for T in fifteen minutes.... Leaving for T in fifteen minutes.... Leaving for T in fifteen minutes.... I probably don't need that extra thermos of coffee I'm making right now to bring with me to T!!!!!!!! Haha

I'm already getting nervous about my Thursday appointment too. It's only my second appointment with her, and I want to go, but I feel like way too many things have happened this week to get through. I guess I'm bad at organizing my thoughts.

Can't really post much about the session now, gotta let things sink in. Did a ton of dream analysis. He's not going to be here the next three Tuesdays so we switched the appt. for the next few Fridays and we made one this Friday so I don't have to wait too long.... So I get to see him twice this week. Of course I am ecstatic about that, but of course I have to see the negative (as always) and say that I will be so happy to see him twice in the week that it's almost like someone buying you a great gift and then pulling it away from you.... because I know after this week, it will be back to once a week.

I AM SO PATHETIC

If you're pathetic so am I, because I've only seen my therapist once and I already wish I could see her more than once a week.
