How do you detach from therapist? I need to do that. I need to become distant again. I trusted mine too much.

I don't know how to detach, I'm looking how to attached a bit. I do know alot of emotions and feelings are involved after all it's a relationship , why do you want to become distant?

Spread out your sessions and engage more in real life than therapy life.
