I keep imagining, or almost panicking, that something bad is going to happen to me. Like I'm dying of something bad...it doesn't help that I'm feeling physically sick so my anxiety has kicked in. Anyway, have you ever found yourself preoccupied with how T would respond if something tragic happened to you? I'm not sure why I'm experiencing it like this and feel guilty almost for having such thoughts...

I've thought about it. For me it's a "safer" thought? I have kids so when I imagine them trying to cope it makes me lose my resolve (or whatever) and I have a weird obsession with destroying relationships so I guess my daydream is him getting so pissed at me and raging about it? Weird. I know LOL.
