What are some embarrassing things you have regretted telling T?

Sometimes I wish I never told her certain things and I just shake my head and wonder what I was thinking. I also consider bringing up the subject again with T and explaining what I meant so I can make it less embarrassing.
Thanks for this!

OMG one time we came to the conclusion that I have a specific behavioral pattern right before my period and she said "Is that what the problem was this whole time!? Go home and finish your period and then come see me when it's over!"
It was sooo awkward but I couldn't stop laughing.

lol I can relate to the weepiness. Well I was getting strangely suicidal about 3 days before each month and I was the one who caught the pattern. She just thought I was randomly suicidal. In the end, it was funny. And now I don't feel that way because I'm aware of what is causing it and know that it will pass.

I guess, I've already said many embarrassing stuff to my T; however, most of them were what embarrassing happened to me and not what embarrassing I did

Till now, I don't regret anything as I don't care much what my T thinks about me...

Lol, I have WTF!? moments all the time during and even between sessions. If I think I said a really stupid thing I just tell T and try to express it better.
But when it is about harder topics (trauma or eating) it's more difficult. I tend to always regret them the moment I say them, they're the reason why I'm in t so I know it's necessary - yet it makes me feel really bad anyway.

I went beyond telling her all the most embarrassing things in my life. I told her the most shameful things, and only then was I burden free. I have not a single regret, because I now experience and actually live a healthier life.
