Hey dancinglady

I have trauma in my life and I wish I had a group like that. Sorry this happened to you. I hear that this type of therapy is very effective. I would especially like a group experience. Can you call your therapist and get an earlier appt?

Wait a second, what happened? Did you show up for class, and everybody said, "forget it, we're leaving?" - Did nobody show up? Did they all decide last week to cancel this week because of New Years?

I'm really confused, because it doesn't seem like a DBT class should just randomly get cancelled... that seems really confusing to me.

I'm sorry DancingLady. It sucks when we look forward to something, especially something like this that is meant to help us improve our lives, and then it gets pulled away... That's rotten!

Yikes! I'm sorry I drive really far for my group, if I'd shown up and it was canceled I would have been pissed!
