Just wanted to let you all know that it's okay to reach out to your t when you need to!

My t's been away and I've been struggling. My t told me to get in touch with her colleague if I needed help while she's away, so I finally built up the courage to get in touch with the colleague. And she was so nice about it! She said that she knows I am the type of person who would suffer in silence and that she was really glad that I contacted her (we do know one another and I've had appointments with her before).

She made me feel good about reaching out. That it's okay to reach out when you need to. That there's no shame in it. I was so nervous about reaching out, but now I feel a weight lifted.

I agree reaching out is a really good thing, but when I'm depressed it really makes it hard for me to do that. I'm not sure why that is.

I'm glad you were able to reach out and get help.

I'm glad you were able to reach out. I know I terms to have trouble reaching out at times. It's always nice to hear success stories.

Mine tells me that too. She sent me a text one evening when I was having a rough time, just checking in, and I asked her if she had ESP or what. Told her I was having a rough night, and she said I'm suppose to reach out to her when I'm in that place
