Well I had my first therapy session yesterday with a new therapist, and even though it was mostly just intake stuff, I'm pretty excited about speaking to her. She seems very knowledgable about the things I am going through and she is super easy to talk to. She already taught me a few things that were from a perspective I haven't looked at before. I know this isn't going to be easy, but I know that liking my therapist and finding her easy to talk to are two major things. So I am pretty excited about this.
