A website I find helpful

Hey,

Thought I would share a website that I find really helpful and use as extra support when my T isn't available. It's called:
Your Mental Health social network
She is a therapist in Santa Monica who has created a community to try and break the stigma of mental health. She has a website, Facebook, twitter, tumblr and YouTube account in which you can follow her. Monday's she releases a new video the covers various topics in relation to mental health
Tuesday's to Fridays she answers questions from her particular accounts and posts a video. I find her great, she is so informative and you can tell she really cares. She is so down to earth too and she is not afraid to tell it like it is- which I find great! It's motivational too
Anyway check it out she has loads of videos too that you can search and watch that discuss all sorts of things.
You'll also see her schedule below her videos so you know where she is answering questions from on each day, so you can post questions to her.

Just thought I'd let you all know- not sure is anyone has see her videos before.

I love her! I think someone here mentioned her over the summer and I started following her on fb. It's a good community
