I have an appointment with him in 3 days. But I've been very numb, sad, and upset/angry with myself. More then usual. A lot of crying this weekend and I have been feeling down in the dumps. *trigger?* I also relapsed (SI), just bruised myself thats all. Haven't done that in months. I am so angry with myself about it. I also have this thing that every one is using me. I feel like I cannot wait until Wednesday IT FEELS LIKE IT'S SO LONG.
Do you think it would be okay to ask him for an appointment tomorrow? Sorry for bothering you guys.
Hugs from:

There's no harm in asking. It can be helpful to reach out when things feel really rough.
I hope you can get the support you need.
