I asked my T the same question, but she's female so it doesn't come with any additional implications. I simply thought we had the same shoe size, and I was right. I also asked her to touch her palm to mine to see if our hands were the same size also. They were.

My Pdoc swears, although mind you he waited a while until he got to know me better and realised I was pretty chilled with it before he started dropping F-bombs in session. His response when I told him I hadn't self injured in almost 18 months was a fist pumping "F**ck Yes!" LOL

Complex-PTSD, MDD with Psychotic Fx, Residual (Borderline) PD Aspects, ADD, GAD with Panic Disorder, Anorexia Nervosa currently in partial remission.

Treatment:

Psychotherapy
Mindfulness
